Cosy, Modern Studio Apartment-Corbyn St N4 (St 2)

My place is close to The Faltering Fullback, Pizzeria Pappagone, Parkland Walk, Jai Krishna, and Vagabond N4 & Finsbury Park. Finsbury Park Tube, Bus and Railway station is only 10 minutes walk away. I do have High Speed Cable Broadband currently installed at the apartment. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The Apartment comprises of an open plan living,kitchen and bedroom area. Their is a separate door to the shower cubicle, sink and toilet. It is not a large space but benefits from being on the Ground Floor, (only one step up to go through the front door) and has all new conveniences such as microwave, fridge freezer, toaster oven, kettle, ironing board, iron, washing machine and Terrestrial digital Freeview connected Samsung TV on the wall. It has a double bed and new silent night coil sprung mattress with all bedding 400 threads count from John Lewis. It does not have a full size bath but has a shower cubicle. All towels are form john Lewis and are Egyptian Cotton. As you can see from the pictures it is modern and everything is new inside. You can access all the spaces inside the apartment. The only shared space is a communal hallway and front garden area. I live about 5 mins drive from the apartment and work in an office located next to Finsbury Park Tube, Bus and Rail station. You can always contact me via the airbnb messages and I try to respond straight away. I am available to answer questions or give advice etc. almost anytime. Finsbury Park neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan. There are a lot of restaurants and Shops & amenities on Stroud Green Road which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Do google streetview you will see! Finsbury Park Tube, Rail and Bus Station is 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment and although not as close as my other apartments is not too far away. If you book for over a month I will arrange for the bedding, towels, toilets rolls, washing up liquid and hand osp to be changed/refilled midway during your stay. This is done once,for free, at no charge to the guest. If you require it to be done more than once there is £50 charge. I do not make any money on this but this is the costs that I pay to the launderette company to clean the bedding, towels etc and the cleaners to come around and clean the apartment.
