Please note that I have a restriction on Washer Dryer usage:- not to use it after 9pm. The Studio apartment is a good size and not small. It is located on the first floor. There are two flight of stairs to the studio apartment. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is less than 5 mins walking distance to Finsbury Park Tube, Bus and Rail Station. (transport Zone 2). Guests have full access to all parts of this self contained Studio apartment. There is a shared communal hallway in the main entrance only. The apartment has its own front door from the communal entrance & hallway. - No use of Washer Dryer after 8pm!! Strict Rule! Sound / vibrations travel down to the neighbours apartment below. They have a young girls whose bedroom is located directly below the kitchen where the machine is . She goes to sleep by 9pm I am a hands off host and do not trouble my guests but I am available any time if you have any questions or need any advice. The neighbourhood is a quiet and the apartment is located on a quiet residential road off of Stroud Green Road N4. It is very close to local shops (Local Sainsbury's supermarket is less than 2 mins walk away and open till 11pm.) There is also a Tesco express located about a 5 minutes walk on Stroud Green Road N4. Stroud Green Road has plenty of Pubs, restaurants, bars and local amenities. There is a nice Park with boating lake and cafe as well as large Green open spaces and basketball, tennis courts, Volleyball, skate park. The apartment is located very close to Finsbury Park Tube, Bus and Rail Station and also local taxi ranks. Less than 5 mins walk away. - No use of Washer Dryer after 8pm!! Strict Rule!
