A newly refurbished one bedroom apartment/flat located just 1-2 mins walk from Finsbury Park Underground Tube, Bus and Rail Station & located in a busy, bustling, cosmopolitan area full of great restaurants, bars and pubs as well as two high street supermarkets minutes from the flat. There is the ARTs building located across the road and the students do get loud sometimes but generally the area is quiet after rush hour (7pm). A security gate at street level helps to ensure a sense of safety. 

The property is a one bedroom apartment located on the second floor in a two storey building. There are 2 flights of stairs to go up. (please bear this in mind if you have trouble negotiation stairs) It comprises of stairs from the front door leading to a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and double sized bedroom. The apartment is finished to a high standard benefiting from Underfloor heating in addition to a gas central heating with radiators. 

The flooring is fully tiled and insulated and there are double glazed windows throughout. I have provided 2 floor standing fans for cooling during the hot summer we rarely see in the UK. Please note:- There is no air conditioning as of yet. There are LED spotlights throughout the property supplemented with additional free standing floor lights. Living Room The living room has a double sized sofa bed, kitchen table with a bench and 2 chairs, TV bench with 55" LG 4k UHD smart TV. The TV is a smart TV with Apps to show Netflix, BBC iplayer and Amazon Prime etc. You will need to log into your account to view your content. The TV has got an aerial connection to show Freeview channels. Live to Air channels

Kitchen 

The kitchen is offered with all the cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Pots and pans and items you will need for a long stay. It has a washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven with extractor hood venting to outside (not recirculated), as well as a fridge freezer. All appliances are supplied by AEG. 

Bathroom 

The bathroom is fully tiled to the ceiling and has a full size bath with rainfall shower as well as shower attachment, Wall hung toilet and sink vanity unit with storage drawers. The bedroom has ample space with full height fitted wardrobes and wall cupboards, double bed with 4 pillows, 2 medium/firm and 2 soft/medium. Every room has UK power sockets with USB sockets built in so many charging options for USB devices. 

The Hallway has a coat rack and bench where shoes can be stored. Ideal to sit on to take off and put on shoes. Guests can currently access all areas apart form the attic / loft space. I am available during working hours and at any time on my mobile phone. I am a hands-off host and will not trouble you but am available if you need any advice have any questions or queries.

Finsbury Park Park is a Special unique neighbourhood in North London. Finsbury Park neighbourhood is connected to very good transportation links. Finsbury Park Station has London Underground (Tube), Buses, Overground Rail, Taxi Rank. Two Underground lines connect there, the Victoria Line (light blue) and Piccadilly Line (dark blue) and provide easy access to Central London and its various tourist attractions. Kings Cross St. Pancras International Station ( 5 mins Victoria Line - 7 mins) Victoria Station - 15 Mins tube ride via Victoria Line This is a brand newly refurbished property. 

I am still purchasing smaller items such as clocks and pictures, more mirrors etc So the pictures will be updated and some of the furniture I have moved around in order to maximise the comfort in the space.
