Newly Refurbished Studio Apartment (Fl8) -

Dear Guest(s), My apartment is a studio apartment (UK = flat) located in Finsbury Park, North London. The apartment is located on the ground floor (few stairs) but is secure, no access via the street as it has its own enclosed private entrance through a side access. It is located on a very quiet road but is within close proximity to local shop and the busy main road. Finsbury Park Station is only a 13 minutes walk from the apartment and Crouch Hill Overground Station is a 4 minutes walk. The apartment comprises of an entrance door leading down 2 steps to the kitchen. The kitchen has an extendable table that can seat 6. There are also six foldable chairs. It has a washer-dryer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, full set of pots and pans and all the cutlery and cooking utensils you need to prepare and cook food. The bedroom sleeping area has a standard double bed and a two seat sofa. There is also a wireless charging lamp where you can charge a compatible device. The lamp also has a USB sockets. Nearly all the power sockets have USB points built in so there is no trouble charging your devices. There is access to the bathroom from the bedroom. It has its own door and comprises of a bath with shower attachment, W.C. and sink with vanity mirror and glass shelf. All Parts of the space and also the shared patio front garden area in front of the apartment. Only shared with one other flat. I am available anytime if you have any questions or queries or problems. However, I give my guests privacy and will not trouble your stay. Finsbury Park is a special neighbourhood. The apartment is located close to Finsbury Park Bus, Over ground Rail and Tube Station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines). So has got good transport links and Central London is not far away. E.g. Kings cross St. Pancras International Station is via 5 mins journey time via tube (Victoria Line 5 mins / Piccadilly line 7 mins) & Victoria Station is 14 mins travel time via the Victoria Line. Travel times are from Finsbury Park Station. The area has many restaurants, shops & pubs all within close walking distance of the apartment. The area is famous for it's Park, Finsbury Park and this is located about 12 mins walk to the nearest Entrance via Oxford road N4. It benefits from a boating lake, cafe, children's play ground and play area, out door gym, basketball and tennis courts. Their is a road going all the way around the park and it's a good to go for a walk anytime of the year. Their are many festivals that occur during the summer in the park, such as Wireless and community festivals. Getting around the area is simple and the main road is Stroud Green Road. All amenities and shops are within a few minutes walking distance.
