Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place & only 1-2 mins walk to the Station entrance. Finsbury Park Station is served by both the Piccadilly & Victoria Lines. *Cigarette Smell* Dear Guest(s), We have been notified that there is a strong cigarette smell emanating from one of the neighbouring apartments. Please be aware that this is currently out of your control and we have installed air excluding strips around the flat door frame and also at the bottom of the door. Please do not book if you are sensitive to cigarette smells. I have also been notified by guests that the apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Airbnb did arrange the photography and possible they did a too good job!. So please note that this is a small studio apartment, with a small kitchen area. It does have a full size bath with shower attachment. The apartment's major benefit is that it is located in Transport Zone 2 and only about a 2 mins walk to the Front of Finsbury Park Tube, Bus and Rail Station. Central London is only 15-25 mins travel time. Kings Cross St. Pancras International Station is only a 5-7 mins journey time. The Studio is fully self contained, and you do not share any facilities. The property has a bedroom / living space, a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom. The Kitchen and bathroom have doors that separate them from the room. The space is not large but is comfortable and cozy for short London Stays. It does have the amenities for a longer stay and the kitchen, although small, has all the conveniences and appliances of a larger kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen has a Washer Dryer, Electric Oven, Electric 4 plate Hob/Stove, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Cutlery, cooking Utensils, Chopping boards (small and big) French Press Cafetiere, Under Counter Fridge with a smaller freezer. We provide salt, pepper and cooking oil (olive oil) , dish cloths, washing sponges, hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Bathroom The bathroom has a small bath with shower attachment, sink and toilet. We provide hand soap and Shower Gel. *If you need to SMOKE please do so in the front garden area.* Not in the property. If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Lively Neighbourhood as the apartment is located only 1-2 minutes walk to the Station entrance. The road it is located on is fairly quiet, however, does get very busy when Arsenal FC play at Home at the Emirates Stadium and if there is a special event such as a concert in the park or stadium. Big Park located close by, FInsbury Park. Parking is Via Permit so I would not recommend bringing a car. The apartment is located only 1-2 mins from the Station entrance. Finsbury Park Station is served by Overground Rail, Underground 'Tube', and Buses. Located very close to the local shops and amenities. There are some black bags located to the front of the property. They are holding some earth for landscaping the front garden. They are not refuse or bags filled with rubbish.
